Over the past 35 years I have dedicated myself to the film and video production industry, mastering a diverse range of skills across various production roles. From grip and electric, lighting and sound to camera assistant and DP, I have worked my way up the ranks and understand the individual importance each task brings to executing a top notch production.  This experience has made it possible for me to advance toward directing and assistant directing, writing schedules and running the crew and eventually even creating my own content.  I honed my skills on the Jimmy Jib and CamMate camera cranes which led the way for me to shoot many projects including commercials, motion pictures and live events. (and yes I have even flown real "film" cameras).  I have had many opportunities to act as director and assistant director for agencies and clients such as Dick's sporting goods, Wegmans, University of Rochester, Rochester General and ECMC hospitals as well as many other corporations, independent films and local organizations.

With extensive experience in location sound, I have collaborated with all the major networks, national broadcast companies, independent films, commercials, corporate and remote television outlets recording audio while acquiring and maintaining my own state of the art sound package. I have also recorded my own original music and scored videos and television programs.

My journey through this ever changing production world has given me the experience to take on the highest level of production events including work with presidents, world leaders, rock stars and top athletes as well as movie starts and even a god! ( the Dalai Lama ).

I spent over a year on the road with Paul McCartney as part of his personal documentary crew, capturing behind the scenes footage for concert films and television specials in countries like Japan and Mexico with unforgettable moments in Red Square, Moscow, England and the U.S., along with a trip to the Super Bowl for a special on the half time show.  This led to working on other projects with iconic bands such as The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, and Kiss just to name a few. 

I have had the opportunity to be part of some amazing live events with Ray Charles and Kelly Clarkson, a documentary film for The Goo Goo Dolls, working on and off stage capturing the magic moments of Woodstock '99 , as well as documentary films for Elton John and Billy Joel.

I've done work on commercials, feature films, television specials and documentaries and have covered everything from Hall of Fame inductions to events at the Dirt track, Nascar, NFL, NHL, MLB, PBA, Boxing and the UFC. Trying to sum it all up in a paragraph is a little overwhelming ...so let's just say it's been a hell of a ride...so far...!
